Terms of Service
1. Operator and scope
DayWith is a task and miniroom app run by an individual developer. The public support name is DayWith Team. Contact team.daywith@gmail.com. Unless otherwise specified, Apple's standard end-user license agreement applies to the App Store app license.
2. Features and rewards
You can use tasks, schedules, focus records and the miniroom without a separate account. Some features depend on device permissions, iCloud and network availability.
Rewarded ads are optional; core task features do not require watching ads. Ads may be unavailable, and the stated reward is granted after the provider confirms completion. Miniroom rewards are in-app content with no cash exchange, trading or redemption facility.
3. Your records and acceptable use
You retain rights to the records you create. Do not infringe others' rights or manipulate the service or ad rewards through abuse. Except where permitted by law, do not copy, distribute or sell the app's code, artwork or content without permission.
4. Data and external services
iCloud sync carries changes and deletions to other devices and is not a separate backup. Notifications and sync may be delayed by device or external service conditions. The Privacy Policy describes data handling. Apple and Google services are subject to their providers' terms.
5. Changes and stopping use
You may stop using the app at any time. Removing the app may leave iCloud data and exported calendar events that need to be deleted separately.
Material service changes, discontinuation and amendments to these terms will be announced in advance in the app or on a public page, with the changes and effective date. Any consent or procedure required by law will be followed.
6. Responsibility
The operator reviews and handles service issues and user inquiries. These terms do not exclude or limit legal liability for the operator's intentional or negligent conduct or your statutory rights.
